These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unne mobile application (the “App”) provided by Unne Team (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2) The App and Features
Unne is a lightweight editor designed for effortless branding and visual enhancement. The App may allow you to:
- Upload or select images.
- Create watermarks with customizable text, fonts, and placement.
- Preview layout styles.
- Maintain a history of edits for future adjustments.
Feature availability may vary by region, device, and App version.
3) Account & Security
- Some features may require an account (name/username/email).
- You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account, except where prohibited by law.

4) License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless expressly allowed).
You agree not to copy, sell, lease, reverse engineer, circumvent security, use the App unlawfully, or interfere with the App’s operation or other users.
5) Your Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your photos, text, and other content you submit (“User Content”).
- Permission to process: You grant a limited right to process User Content solely to provide the requested features (e.g., watermarking/export).
- Responsibility: You confirm you have rights to submit User Content and will not submit illegal or infringing content.
- No facial recognition / biometrics: The App is not intended for facial recognition and does not collect biometric identifiers for identification.
6) Intellectual Property
The App (excluding User Content) is owned by Unne Team or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the license granted above, you receive no rights in the App.
7) Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
8) Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., system share features or optional vendors for analytics/crash reporting).
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9) Payments (If Applicable)
The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Billing is handled by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple).
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the app store’s policies.
10) Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, your use presents a security risk,
or we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual
property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
11) Disclaimers
The App is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express
or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unne Team and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use
of (or inability to use) the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid
(if any) to use the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10 if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater
(unless a different amount is required by applicable law).
13) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Unne Team for claims arising from your content, use, or Terms violations.
14) Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Unne Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory laws apply.
- Informal resolution: before filing a claim, contact nilyoktedes@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
- Binding arbitration: if unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
- Injunctive relief: either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, or other urgent harm.
